Solutions

What a connected system looks like in practice.

These are illustrative solutions built on sample data. They show the kind of problem we solve, how the system works day to day, and what the owner can see at a glance.

Illustrative solution 1

Retail & E-commerce Management

Storefront, orders, stock, expenses, and profit reporting for a shop that sells online and at the counter.

Business problem

Online orders arrive through the website and messages, counter sales are written in a book, and stock is counted by hand. At month end the owner knows roughly how much was sold, but not how much was actually earned.

How it works

  1. 1Customers order from a mobile storefront; counter sales are entered in the same system.
  2. 2Staff confirm each order in one admin panel and record payment as it is received.
  3. 3Stock is deducted when an order is confirmed and added when new products arrive.
  4. 4Each product has a purchase cost, and monthly expenses such as rent and salaries are recorded.

What the owner can see

  • Sales revenue — the total customers paid.
  • Cost of the products sold, from each product’s purchase cost.
  • Expenses by category for the month.
  • Net profit after product cost and expenses — ৳57,380 in this sample month.
  • Low-stock products that need reordering.

Odoo ERP for Trading & Distribution

Purchases, stock receipts, sales, delivery, invoicing, and reporting for a wholesaler or distributor.

Business problem

Sales staff promise quantities that are not in the warehouse, deliveries are tracked on paper, and accounts staff chase payments without knowing which invoice belongs to which delivery.

How it works

  1. 1Purchase orders to suppliers become stock receipts when goods arrive at the warehouse.
  2. 2Sales orders show the available quantity on each line and warn before overselling.
  3. 3Confirming a sale reserves stock and creates a delivery order for the warehouse team.
  4. 4Invoices are created from delivered quantities and payments are matched against them.

What the owner can see

  • Stock on hand, reserved, available, and incoming for each product.
  • Products that need reordering, before they run out.
  • Sales by customer and product, and amounts still due on invoices.
  • Which orders are delivered, partly delivered, or waiting for stock.

Timesheet & Project Tracking

Project assignments, time entries, approvals, and billable-hour summaries for a service business.

Business problem

Each staff member keeps hours in a separate spreadsheet. Managers combine them at month end, billable and non-billable time get mixed up, and invoices go out late.

How it works

  1. 1Managers assign staff to client projects and tasks.
  2. 2Staff record daily hours against a project and mark whether the work is billable.
  3. 3Managers review and approve entries each week; rejected entries go back with a note.
  4. 4Approved billable hours are multiplied by the agreed rate for each client.

What the owner can see

  • Hours logged per person and per project.
  • Billable versus non-billable time.
  • Billable amount per client, ready for invoicing.
  • Entries still waiting for approval.
